Finding your way around the market

Market dates

The market runs on the first Saturday of every month from  8.30am – 2.00pm except for the January, February and March markets, which run from 8.00am – 1.00pm.

Getting there and finding parking

The market is in the centre of Kalamunda between Central Road and Barber Street. Entry is from Haynes Street, Mead Street and Barber Street.

The site is easily accessible by bus or car and there is plenty of free parking around the streets of Kalamunda.

Entry

Entry to the market is free for visitors and shoppers. 

Well behaved dogs are welcome provided they are on a lead.

Accessibility

Most areas of the markets have wheelchair access.

Accessible parking can be found in the Kalamunda Central Shopping Centre parking area.

Toilets

Public toilets are located in The Community Town Hall (Gourmet Corner) off Barber Street and in various other locations throughout Kalamunda.

Payment and ATM's

Most stalls accept either EFTPOS or cash.

There are ATM’s located with Kalamunda Central Shopping Centre, which is right next to the market.

Food and drink

You will find a variety of food and drink vendors throughout the mall including our regular coffee van which is usually located in Barber Street opposite the Gourmet Corner, which is the section of the market dedicated to food and drink.

In addition to what’s available at the market, there are many wonderful cafe’s located throughout Kalamunda.

Top tips for new and returning visitors

  • Come early or come late, as Kalamunda can get very busy!
  • Plan your day by checking out our online stallholder gallery and making a list of stalls you’d like to visit!
  • Kalamunda is a beautiful town to visit with many unique shops you won’t find elsewhere, both located within the market and in the Kalamunda town site.
