STALLHOLDER INSURANCE REGISTER

All stallholders who attend the Kalamunda Artisan Market are required to have their own current public liability insurance cover to the value of $10,000,000.

At the request of our insurers, we are updating our records for all approved stallholders or stallholders who’ve been offered a place at a market.

In the future, every year when your insurance policy renews, we ask that you complete the form which can be accessed from the link below and attach a copy of the policy cover note for our records.

    Please include a copy of your certificate of currency, ideally in PDF format and less than 5mb in size

    I acknowledge that all stallholders at the Kalamunda Artisan Markets are required to have $10million public liability insurance cover. I agree to notify the manager of Kalamunda Artisan Market in writing if I decide not to renew my insurance at any time.
